1. Who we are
This website is operated by SOMOS KOKO, from Conchas & Anzóis, under tax number 516078046, with its registered office in Aveiro, Portugal. Contact: hello@somoskoko.com

1A. SOMOS KOKO, from Conchas & Anzóis, sells the products on this website in its own name, as the seller of record. For products from independent brands, SOMOS KOKO acts as the seller and the contract is with SOMOS KOKO, even though the item carries another brand’s name.

2. The website and orders
These terms apply to purchases made on somoskoko.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Products are shown with their main features and prices in euros. Prices include VAT where it applies. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Contract and payment
An order becomes a binding contract when we confirm it by email after payment is taken. Payment methods are listed on our payments page.

4. Delivery
We currently ship to Portugal, Belgium and Spain. Orders are dispatched between 2 and 8 working days. Delivery times and carriers are described on our shipping page. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.

5. Right of withdrawal
Most customers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. Full details, including how to send items back, are on our returns page.

6. Legal guarantee
Products come with the legal guarantee of conformity required in your country. This is separate from the returns policy and does not replace your statutory rights.

7. Product information and sizing
Sizes are based on the child’s height in centimetres. Measurements are guides, and small variations between production batches can occur. Size charts are on each product page.

8. Stock and availability
We do our best to keep stock accurate. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund the amount paid.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the SOMOS KOKO name, logo, photography and text, belongs to Conchas & Anzóis, trading as SOMOS KOKO. Product names, images and brand names of independent designers remain the property of those designers and are used with their permission.

10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Privacy
Our use of personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you in your country of residence, including in Belgium and Spain. Disputes can be raised with the competent courts or with the consumer authority in your country.

13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one in force when you place your order.
